Illumine Me is limited to a refund of the purchase price of merchandise bought.  This limitation of liability applies to all damages of any kind including and without limitation any compensatory, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, loss of or damage to property, loss of income and claims of third parties.
   
   
7. Due to health risks, NO RETURNS and/or EXCHANGES may be given for any candles, soaps, bars, gels, creams, lotions, salts, shampoos, conditioners, deodorants, ointments, salves and other related merchandise.  Unwanted goods are non-refundable.  Please choose your orders carefully.

Illumine Me are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent dis-ease and is not intended as a substitute for advice from your own health care professional or any information contained on or in any product label and/or packaging.  You should consult with a health care professional before beginning any diet, exercise or supplementation program, before taking any medication, and/or if you have or suspect that you may have a health problem.  The information presented herein should not be construed as a practice of medicine. 
   
   
9. Illumine Me are not responsible for misuse and/or abuse of any product sold as a result of consumer/s using this web site, nor shall we be responsible for any problems or difficulties which may arise thought consumer use of any product sold by Illumime Me.

Ordering products from Illumine Me constitutes consumer acceptance of the terms and conditions of this notice.  We cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors or product formulation changes within our web site, although all reasonable care will be taken to ensure that these errors will not be made.

12. For the purpose of artistic and creative presentation, props and other materials have been used when taking photography of some products. All gift hampers/baskets have descriptions of products that are included for sale.
