Newsletter - June 2006

Its mid- June. Its cold. Your back and shoulders are aching, your joints are stiff from the winter cold.

Picture this. You walk into a warm, darkened room, lit only by an oil burner and candles both scented with essential oils. There’s gentle music softly playing in the background. In the middle of this cosy room, there is a bed, with clean, fresh linen, inviting you to lie down. There is heated towel ready to be draped over your back. There is a small bowl filled with exotic oils, just waiting to be massaged into your skin, soothing all those winter aches and pains. You lie there and for a full hour healing hands pamper your body as you unwind and in the warmth of the room, you drift off into another world. When its over, you slowly get up off the bed. You feel fresh, relaxed, alive. Blood has returned to the muscles your body seems to have forgotten. You are energised and ready for whatever life has to throw at you!!!
