Summer has certainly taken its toll on everyone’s skin. I think I’ve seen just about everything these last couple of months, from sunburn, peeling, insect bites, dehydration…. Remember to drink plenty of water. Cleansing the body from the inside will help you get the results you want on the outside…

Don’t forget to moisturise daily. I have a selection of moisturisers, both from the Illumine Me range and Mancini range. I will guide you to use the one that is most appropriate for your skin. There are many things we can do to help our environment, so that Mother Nature can continue helping us. Check out www.freecycle.org. It’s a wonderful way to recycle and its all FREE!!
